nothing more than a...

quick test. this isn’t taking me long at all . i could probably finish this within 2 hours but I’m taking my time with it.

keeping detail to an absolute minimum but obviously still having some character to keep it within the films style

  2. Yo man it's looking ace.

I just read back on some of your older posts about UVing the characters. Seems you had a hard time so uh I guess I want to apologise for making such hard to UV models.

I didn't realise they would cause trouble. What made them so hard to UV? I guess I should know so that next time I build a character I don't make it so hard for the next person down the line.

P.S. I'd still like to have a crack at texturing the ninja since he's lowest priority so if you post up how you got on with the Hitman that'd maybe give me some pointers. If not then more work for you I guess lol.

Also I've been going back on the UV's for Ninja and they have been giving me hell as well so don't worry dude I've been reaping what I've sewn.

Sorry again dude, Good luck and happy weekend.

  3. mate , no worries seriously . ahh missing edge loops on the models ( like when they instantly cut off) made creating seems and unfolding quite tricky, apart from that it's all good :)

no need to apologise mate , we're are team OH yea ! ha-ha

good luck with those uvs & textures btw !

humm i don't use Maya to do the first steps on my uv-ing only the neatening up process . I use a tool called UV-Layout .

In fact I do believe JB has the tool on him as well, see if he has it & collect it off him, it will help you considerably if you‘re getting sick of maya. If he doesn’t have it, let me know asap.
